Our Teams

We offer programs for children ages 6-18, organized into age groups: U7 (6-7), U8 (7-8), U9-U10 (8-10), U11-U12 (10-12), U13-U14 (12-14), U15-U16 (14-16), and U17-U19 (16-18). We serve players from U7 through U19, with recreational and competitive options to match different skill levels and commitment preferences.

Practice schedules vary by age group and team. Generally, practices are held 1-2 times per week, typically in the late afternoon or early evening. U7 and U8 teams practice once or twice a week for 45-60 minutes, while older competitive teams may practice 2-3 times per week. Exact schedules are determined before each season.

Basic equipment includes soccer cleats, shin guards, and a water bottle. GFC provides team uniforms (jersey, shorts, socks) and practice pinnies. For competitive teams, additional gear may be required. We also have equipment available for purchase through our club store.

Registration fees vary by program level. Recreation leagues typically range from $100-$200 per season, while competitive programs range from $300-$600 per season. Fees include registration, uniform kit, and referee costs. Financial assistance is available for families who qualify — contact us for details.

Absolutely! We welcome parent volunteers. All coaches must complete a background check and our coaching certification program (we'll train you!). Team managers help with communications, scheduling, and team coordination. Volunteering is a great way to be involved in your child's soccer experience.
